FAQ

Programs, packaging, and how we work

Direct answers for buyers and brand teams. When something needs your specifics—regions, counts, art status—we continue on email after you reach out.

What do Daily, Sleep, Focus, and the jar color mean on the Hex reference line?

The product family (Daily, Sleep, Focus, Energy, Reserve, or sampler) is the use-case lane. The SKU name is the flavor profile. The jar tint in photography is packaging only—it is not a flavor name. See /programs for how B2B lanes map to those references, and /packaging for how we shoot panels.

What is the difference between flavor and jar color?

Flavor is what is inside: a named Hex SKU or a curated mix, depending on the item. Jar color is the tinted shell you see in photos. It is never a flavor name on its own.

We are a store or brand—can we change formula, count, or packaging?

Often, within the rules of where you sell and what the program allows. Nothing on this site is a binding commitment until terms are agreed in writing. Start from Contact with wholesale, custom branding, or private label so the right team reads your brief first.

Are these hex pieces and jars the only options for partners?

No—they are what we show on the public reference catalog. Other shapes, packs, and finishes are scoped when you work with us directly.

What does the “reference dimensions” style language on PDPs mean for programs?

It is how we photograph and describe the demo jar today—not a hard ceiling on everything Quoven Co. can produce. Retail stays consistent; alternate counts, packs, and art are discussed after we understand your channel.

Where do warnings and potency appear?

On the physical package for your jurisdiction. Copy on this wholesale site is structural and educational, not legal advice. Your counsel signs off on claims, warnings, and tables that ship.

What does mixed variety mean where it appears on the shop?

A curated spread from the current rotation for that SKU type. The exact mix can change by batch while we hold the same quality bar. It is not the same as buying multiple separate jars as a custom assortment—program assortments are quoted separately.

What are MOQ and lead time?

They depend on lane, SKU mix, art status, and season. We answer with realistic ranges after we read your inquiry—not fixed numbers on this page. Ask on Contact with the topic that matches your lane.

How do evaluation jars or sample packs fit with wholesale?

Many teams still taste through the consumer checkout path so operations stay clean. That purchase is separate from program scoping. Mention evaluation needs in your B2B thread and we align next steps there.

Custom branding versus private label—how should I choose?

Custom branding keeps Quoven Co. structure on the jar while we execute your art in the branding zones. Private label moves the full brand, formulation notes, and compliance layout into your name. If you are unsure, Programs compares the lanes; Contact routes by topic.

How do we buy labeled Quoven product at volume?

Use Contact with the wholesale topic: doors or channels, rough volume, and which families you are weighing. We reply with how we work on tiers, pilots, and logistics after we have context.

Where do we get print dimensions and safe areas?

We hand off panel grids and safe areas as part of branding or private-label workstreams—not as anonymous downloads. Point to /packaging in your message so design sees how we photograph blanks.

If your question is not here, send it on Contact with the closest topic—we reply in thread.
