What is the difference between flavor and jar color?
Flavor is what is inside: a named Hex SKU or a curated mix, depending on the item. Jar color is the tinted shell you see in photos. It is never a flavor name on its own.

What does mixed variety mean where it appears on the shop?
A curated spread from the current rotation for that SKU type. The exact mix can change by batch while we hold the same quality bar. It is not the same as buying multiple separate jars as a custom assortment—program assortments are quoted separately.
What are MOQ and lead time?
